Luxury Coastal Retreat | 1-Min Walk to Sand

Very clean and well appointed. Location is within easy walking distance of Cape Kiwanda and just over the dune to the beach. Communicating with host was excellent. Questions were quickly answered.

A very nice vacation home that spoiled us for our later stays during our nine days on the Oregon Coast. Beautiful baths and a very comfortable living area and kitchen. The neighborhood is first rate with hiking trails through out the subdivision. We’ll come back in a New York minute!

Location was spectacular for beach access. The home was pristine and well stocked.

We stayed at this property on our Oregon coast family trip. The location is superb. It is literally a stone’s throw from the beach, and also within easy walking distance of several nice restaurants and stores. The house is tremendously well appointed - the kitchen has everything you could ever need. The bathrooms are amazing. The common areas are extremely spacious, wonderfully decorated, and luxurious. Everything was immaculately clean.The laundry and dryer are excellent, and the owners even left laundry detergent and coffee pods for the Keurig machine, which were nice touches.The owner/managers were extremely responsive and communicated very well. While this property is on the more pricey side, this falls in the “get what you pay for” category - this is a luxurious home in a prime location. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is absolutely the property for you! My only potential criticism is that there was a pricey cleaning fee for a single-night stay - I imagine it’s the same fee, regardless of the duration of your stay, but it seemed to be a lot to pay for an 18-hour stay. I would suggest this rental is probably best geared to more extended stays.
